Outline and elaborate your strategies for getting good daily grades and scoring well for your UTs. (200 Words)

Strategies.

1. Understand the topics well.

2. Ask questions to clear doubts

3. Must have good time management

4. Have your study schedule planned out earlier for the week

5. Have revisions daily and practice

6. Make notes that is easy for ourselves to understand

7. Keep away from distractions

8. Arrange group study session at certain times to share and compare notes

9. Don’t eat too much before study as they will affect our brain

10. Never give up!

Getting good daily grades and scoring well for UT is not done by studying last minute no matter how late we stay up. It’s about understanding the topic well and revising daily to refresh and recap in our minds.

So for getting good daily grades, we have to understand our subject clearing all the doubts whenever we have, ask questions that we are not very sure of. As for time management, commitments to work, family, school and other stuffs are hard and tough to manage due to the time constraint we have.

We’ll have to work out and prioritise more important things to do than unimportant ones. Start planning what to do for the week and set a time to complete instead of dragging. Revise daily so that we will not forget what we have learned in the past few days and making notes is to simplify what we learn in textbooks. Highlight out the keywords instead of reading chunks of paragraph helps us save memory space.

Distractions such as outings with friends and television should be minimise to concentrate when test and exams are near. Hanging out with friends take away the precious time for studying. Group study session occasionally is good and also depending on the friends we study with. Those not serious will affect us but those who study and share notes seriously will help us even more. Individual study would be better so that there is more concentration.

Don’t eat too much before studying as food will occupy up the memory space and makes you drowsy as energy and blood is directed to our digestive system. Have food that will not reduce our brain’s ability to store information.

Lastly, NEVER GIVE UP!

one month = 30 days
30 days for 2753 message
thats equivalent to 91.76 message a day.
which means out of 24 hours, 4 text per hour.
count 8 hours of sleep thats left with 16 hours for 91.76 message
= 6 text / hour
= 1 text for every 10 mins.
wow. what a busy man. LOL
thats just one of my least text per month.
let me search thru my highest since 2008.

im just gonna complain to lee bee wah that khatib shelter is not big enough from the bridge to block 846. human traffic is so heavy yet the shelter is so small. and when it rains the whole place and pedestrians get soaked. seems that the purpose of shelter there wasnt of any use.
and the ending part of the shelter (near heng heng snack shop) is not properly sheltered. rainwater can splash thru the top. WTH.
and that the shelter lighting closes like 1130pm along NSSCC and becomes very very dark.
void deck have lightings on. why not ? even if its trying to save electric. alternate light can be on. why fully off. building shelter with faults isnt improving the image of khatib. try HARDER.

dunno whats singapore government busy at. the economy?

Schools starting! HAHAH in another 5 days! thats my timetable if you can see
monday - 10am - 430 3 lesson
tuesday 9am - 530 4 lesson
wednesday - 8am - 11am 2 lessons
thursday - 10am - 5pm 3 lessons only
friday - 10am. - 5pm 2 lessons with 1 gem in between

1 lesson is 2 hour mostly!
first four weeks of monday is only one lesson
that means 1st 4 week of monday is 10am - 12pm.
must well dont go. LOL.

seems so relaxed, thats the surface thing only.

went expo ytd. it was a John Little sale.

P5 camp since monday - wed
15 - 17 march
interesting camp. too bad i cant go for SPFOC. that would be more fun!
hope next year can..
and with every year going back( 4th consecutive year alrd)
all the stories of each year could probably add up to a novel.

okay. not going into details for camp anyway
break camp on 17th morning then went for lunch with instructors.
then went to orchard in the afternoon
walk walk walk walk
walked a big big circle in orchard.
last stop at far east.
then there was a fight between 2 guy and 9 guys.
damn interesting.

them = (9 guys) * one of the 9 guys*
GUY A/GUY B = the 2 friends.

this 9 guys are friends. they went to far east plaza (for shopping la)
then they were about to take the escalator down from the 3rd floor.
then this GUY A opposite stared at them - about 6-7 metres away
and shouted see for what,not happy, dare, come lah.
one of *them* shouted "lai jiu lai la" - then walks toward the GUY A.
seems that he is the *head of 9 guys* then ask the other 8 to follow.
when one of *them* was near GUY A ,
GUY B suddenly took a rubbish cover, a circle MEtAL and whack one of them., the one approaching. jitao damn steady la.
